Dr. Ashley Mayer

Twelve years ago, as a newly single mother living in a one-bedroom apartment, Dr. Ashley Mayer experienced firsthand the profound impact of community support. During that time, she made a promise to one day give back in the same way—and more.

In 2023, she founded the Dr. Green Mom Foundation to support and empower individuals and families through access to science-informed, nature-aligned care, opportunity, and advocacy.

Dr. Mayer is a physician, wife, and mother, and the founder of Dr. Green Mom®, where she provides education and develops clean, thoughtfully formulated supplements designed to help families live more in alignment with nature. Her work bridges scientific research with a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
